Preston is a Licensed Professional Engineer, with a Bachelors Degree from the University of Portland. He spent 9 years working at a private land development consulting firm where he gained a great deal of design knowledge in many aspects of single-family, multi-family, and commercial projects of all sizes, including but not limited to grading, storm drainage, utilities, retaining walls, paving/walkways, and erosion control which are directly applicable to landscape construction. Over the years, Preston has developed a passion for home improvement projects, inside and out. He loves transforming property, building equity, and problem solving. He’s been through several home remodels for himself as well as friends and family. He finds joy in helping others achieve the home of their dreams and truly understands the importance of capitalizing on your time and investment.
